Headteacher’s Notes 9th May

Dear Families,

I hope you are well. Thank you for taking a moment to catch up on the latest from Tytherington School.

This week, a group of Year 9 Textiles students took part in a two-day workshop with local artist Carys Lavin, supported by the brilliant local community charity Artspace, to create a striking abstract piece inspired by local flora and fauna. Their work will be featured in the Mayor’s Community Art Exhibition at Macclesfield Town Hall next May, with further displays planned at Christ Church and the new pavilion in South Park.
