Headteacher’s Notes 18th September

Dear Families,

I hope you are well. Thank you for joining me for another celebration of a week in the life of Tytherington.

This week, our Year 7 electives programme began, giving students the opportunity to try something different and develop new interests. Thank you to the staff and members of our local community who are providing such a wide range of activities. Well done to Erica Griffin in Year 10 who has been selected for Team GB Fencing at Cadet level (U17). Wonderful!

Today, we also welcomed parents and carers of students in Years 7 and 8 for school tours. It was lovely to show families around Tytherington during the school day and give them a better sense of their children’s everyday experience. Thank you to everyone who joined us. We will be running a second tour on Monday.
