Headteacher’s Notes 13th March

Dear Families,

A big well done to students and staff of Tytherington School for another full and engaging week. 

Our Year 11 students had the opportunity to see a live theatre performance of Macbeth, bringing one of their key GCSE texts to life beyond the classroom. Experiences like this can make a real difference in helping students connect more deeply with the literature they study. We also hosted a Latin Intensive Day, giving students the chance to immerse themselves more fully in the language and culture of the classical world. Well done to our GCSE musicians who produced their recordings on Thursday and Friday.
