Headteacher’s Notes 16th May

Dear Families,

I hope you are well. Thank you for taking the time to catch up on another eventful and rewarding week at Tytherington School.

We were pleased to welcome a team from Ofsted this week as part of a trial visit to test the latest version of their new inspection framework. While this was not a graded inspection, it was an excellent opportunity to reflect on our practice and receive external feedback. The highlight of the week was undoubtedly the very positive comments we received from the team. They praised our ambitious curriculum, the inclusive and supportive environment we have built, and the calm, purposeful atmosphere around the school. It was encouraging to hear such strong validation of the values we work hard to uphold every day. I will write up some more detailed feedback to share with stakeholders in the next few weeks.
