Headteacher’s Notes 4th April

Dear Families,

I hope you are well. Thank you for taking the time to catch up on the final week of what has been a vibrant and rewarding spring term at Tytherington. As you will be aware, we write home to you at the end of every school week providing a glimpse of all the tremendous activities which have been happening at Tytherington. This week has seen students enjoying a range of activities to round off the term. We had a series of Reward Trips, celebrating the efforts of those who have consistently demonstrated positive behaviour and attitude throughout the term. A number of students also worked with Artspace who are a local Macclesfield-based arts charity. This work is part of the Mayor’s Secondary Schools Art Challenge. This is a great opportunity for our students to develop their creativity, engage with local artists and to produce artwork that will be showcased around Macclesfield.
