Year 10 Work experience week will be Monday 6^th July 2026 to Friday 10^th July 2026

• Year 10 will be using Mploy as the platform for their placement.
• The majority of students will submit a self-placement form (click to download). This must be submitted with all the following details completed:
  • • Company contact details
    • Student signature
    • Parental signature
    • Employer signature with the business’s insurance details including Employer Liability insurance policy number*.

*A placement cannot be approved unless the employer has current Employer Liability Insurance This means that Sole Traders placement requests will not be approved.

• Please email forms to Careers@tytheringtonschool.co.uk or return paper forms to the main office by 1st March 2025.
• There is support available to access suitable placements for any student who cannot access a self-placement.
• Mploy will vet and approve the placements and ensure risk assessments are in place.

Accessing placement details once approved:

• Students will be issued with a login and password for the Mploy website. Mploy (mploysolutions.co.uk)
• Students and parents can login using these details to view placement details, once approved.
• Students will also log into Mploy to complete their work experience journal.
