On the evening of Tuesday 11th February, we welcomed Professor Barbara Evans and former Tytherington student James Mock to talk to current students and their parents about studying Engineering at University. The evening was well attended and proved to be fascinating and information, helping many to make a decision about next steps.
It was fantastic to hear about the work that Professor Evans does and what James has learnt in his three years at Leeds University and how he plans to begin to specialise in Environmental Engineering through a sandwich year and then into his fourth year of the course.
